Materials Needed

Space:

• For a group of 8-10 participants, we recommend an open space approximately 1200 square feet (i.e., 30 X 40 feet)
• Chairs (preferably with arms) for the instructor and participants

Equipment:

• Playground balls – one for each participant and 1 for the instructor
• 12 plastic cones (10-12 inches tall), in 3 different colors
• Device with speakers to play music, preferably one that you can start and stop music easily
• Music (suggested playlists provided in the instructor training)
